Shojiki Yanagiba Knife

This Yanagiba knife, with a blade length of approximately 8.5 sun (about 25.5 cm), is ideal for slicing most types of sashimi.

The Yanagiba knife is the most common type of knife for sashimi preparation.

The knife features a beautiful water buffalo handle and shows minimal signs of use. The blade has been well-maintained and carefully sharpened.

The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use. However, please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

Although the character "直" (Nao) is slightly faded, the knife features the engraving "正直" (Shojiki).
