Seki Magoroku Wazo Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is the most common knife used for slicing sashimi. This 21cm Yanagiba, part of the reliable Seki Magoroku brand by KAI, is ideal for home use, allowing you to enjoy sashimi from fish fillets with ease. The Hagane steel ensures exceptional sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use immediately. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings "和造" (Wazo), "関孫六" (Seki Magoroku), and "梅" (Ume).
