Seki Magoroku Momoyama Gyuto Knife

The Gyuto is a versatile Western-style knife, perfect for various kitchen tasks. With a blade length of approximately 18cm, this knife is easy to handle and well-suited for home use as an all-purpose knife.

As part of the Seki Magoroku brand, this knife features a Warikomi blade construction, offering excellent sharpness and relatively easy maintenance.

The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use immediately. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings "本割込鋼" (Warikomi Steel), "関孫六" (Seki Magoroku), and "桃山" (Momoyama). The Kai logo can also be seen on the handle.
