Sakai Kanetaka Yanagiba Knife

This is a beautiful sashimi knife with a polished water buffalo handle.

The Yanagiba knife is the most common type of knife for slicing sashimi. With a blade length of 21 cm, it is easy to handle and perfect for home use, allowing you to enjoy sashimi with ease. The quality water buffalo handle enhances the experience of slicing sashimi.

The handle's sticker is still intact, indicating that the knife has been barely used.

The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use. However, please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engraving "堺兼高" (Sakai Kanetaka).
