This is a nearly unused, exceptionally beautiful Yanagiba knife with a water buffalo handle and a blade length of approximately 33 cm (11 sun). It’s a professional-grade sashimi knife, so pristine that it could be displayed or used in an open kitchen where customers can see the knife in action.

The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engraving "佐文" (Sabun).
