Nanbara Gyuto Knife

The Gyuto is a Western-style all-purpose knife, perfect for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables. This stainless steel knife has a double-edged blade, with a slight 7:3 bias that has been maintained during sharpening. It offers excellent sharpness, making it a favorite among professionals. This type of knife is commonly seen in Korean BBQ restaurants.

The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use immediately. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings "南原" (Nanbara) and additional Korean script.
