This Yanagiba knife is a double-edged stainless steel blade, perfect for slicing sashimi with precision and finesse.

Being made of stainless steel, it is easy to maintain and resistant to rust.

The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use immediately. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings and stamp of "中村孝明" (Komei Nakamura) along with "Stainless Steel."
