Musashino Kiya Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba knife is the most common type of knife for slicing sashimi.
Although this knife appears to have been rarely used, there are minor pitting marks due to age. However, these do not affect its usability. The water buffalo handle is beautiful and in good condition.

The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use. However, please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings "武蔵野" (Musashino) and "木屋" (Kiya).
