Minamoto Masakane Gyuto Knife
This is a large Western-style knife made of stainless steel.

It is an all-purpose knife that can be used not only for cutting meat but also for chopping vegetables, filleting fish, and slicing sashimi.
The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well. Please handle it with care when unpacking.

This knife features the engravings "登録商標" (Registered Trademark), "源正金" (Minamoto Masakane), "特製" (Special), "ステンレス" (Stainless), and "金" (Gold).
