Minamoto Kanemasa Sujihiki Knife

This knife has been sharpened on one side and retains its single-bevel edge.
Although it is a Western-style knife, the single-bevel edge makes it suitable for slicing sashimi as well.

The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use. However, please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings "登録源兼正" (Registered Minamoto Kanemasa), "2N", and characters on the handle.
