With a blade length of approximately 20 cm, this Yanagiba knife is easy to handle and perfect for those who want to experience a Masamoto sashimi knife or enjoy slicing sashimi from fish fillets at home.
This knife has been well cared for and is still in excellent condition.
The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use. However, please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
This knife features the engravings "登録" (Registered), "正本" (Masamoto), and "秀" (Shu). The end of the handle also bears the "正本" (Masamoto) marking.
