Seki Magoroku Yanagiba Knife (Hagane)

The Yanagiba is used for finishing sashimi with a single pulling motion. This compact sashimi knife is easy to manage at home. Light patina typical of Hagane steel is present but shallow, and the sharpened edge reveals a clean silver finish.

This single-edged Hagane steel knife offers firm and reliable sharpness. A dependable option for sushi and sashimi preparation requiring precise draw cuts.

It has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It bears the engraving "関孫六" (Seki Magoroku), with a branded mark on the handle.
