Bunmei Yoshikin Nakiri Knife

This is a nakiri knife from Bunmei Yoshikin. Nakiri knives are double-bevel Japanese vegetable knives designed for straight, up-and-down cutting motions, making them ideal for shredding and dicing vegetables. There are a few hammer marks along the spine, and this has been reflected in the price, making it a good value for those who don’t mind cosmetic imperfections.

The knife has a double-bevel stainless steel blade, which is rust-resistant and easy to care for.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the "BUNMEI" and "YOSHIKIN" logos and engravings.
