Kiyonaga Kiya Petty Knife

A petty knife is ideal for peeling fruit, prepping small ingredients, and doing detailed work such as garnishes and decorative cutting.

This knife is double-beveled with a warikomi (clad) construction, and it shows almost no sign of use—likely nearly unused. Please note there may be very fine scratches and sharpening marks.

It has been sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.

It features markings “清長木屋” (Kiyonaga Kiya), “POWDER STEEL,” and “粉末鋼” (Powdered Steel).

Powdered steel is valued for edge stability and wear resistance, making this a premium-style petty for clean, precise prep with long-lasting sharpness.
