Masamoto Deba Knife

This is a Deba knife from Masamoto. The Deba is a traditional Japanese knife used for processing fish, with a thick, sturdy blade designed for powerful cuts. There is some typical Hagane patina on the surface, but the sharpened edge shows clean, bright steel ready for use.

The knife has a single-bevel Hagane (carbon steel) blade, offering very sharp cutting performance.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered), "正本" (Masamoto), and "秀" (Shu), and the handle end is engraved "秀正" (Hidemasa).

This Deba is well suited for breaking down fish at home or in a professional kitchen that values classic Masamoto quality.
