Naozumi Gyuto Knife

This is a Gyuto from Naozumi. The Gyuto is a versatile chef’s knife used for a wide range of tasks, from cutting meat to chopping vegetables. While some patina typical of Hagane steel is visible, the freshly sharpened edge shows clean, bright steel ready for serious work.

The knife has a double-bevel Hagane (carbon steel) blade that delivers strong cutting performance and edge retention.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered) and "直澄作" (Naozumi-Made).

This Gyuto is a solid choice for cooks who prefer the sharp, responsive feel of carbon steel in an all-purpose chef’s knife.
