Niimi Shosui Ko-Santoku Knife

This is a compact santoku-style knife from Niimi Shosui. It is a small, easy-to-handle all-purpose knife that bridges the functions of a petty and a standard santoku. The kurouchi finish is well preserved, and signs of use are minimal. With its smaller size, agile feel, and Aogami Super steel edge, it can handle a wide range of tasks from fine work to everyday chopping.

The knife has a double-bevel Hagane (carbon steel) blade with excellent sharpness, made from Aogami Super steel.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "新見松水" (Niimi Shosui) and "AS" (indicating Aogami Super steel).

This blade is ideal for users who want high-end steel performance and prefer a slightly smaller, more nimble all-purpose knife.
