Hocho-ren Nakiri Knife

The nakiri is a Japanese vegetable knife designed specifically for everyday vegetable prep and straight cutting motions.

This knife is double-beveled and features a warikomi construction. It was stored unused with its box, and even the seal stickers and price tag remain in clean condition. As it was stored, it has been sharpened and serviced. Please note there may be minor storage scratches and sharpening marks, and there is some damage to the box.

It has been sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.

It features engravings “三条” (Sanjo) and “包丁連” (Hocho-ren). The handle still has a clean sticker, and the 12,000 yen price tag remains.

Keeping the original seals and box is a nice touch for collectors or anyone who enjoys the “new old stock” feel of well-stored Japanese kitchen tools.
