All-purpose Santoku with an elegant octagonal water-buffalo handle; lightly used and very clean. Double-bevel hagane provides lively sharpness.
Sharpened and ready; unpack carefully. Sharpening included.
Engraving: "堺英忠" (Sakai Hidetada). Includes "堺打刃物" (Sakai cutlery) label.
Octagonal handle gives positive indexing for safer, more accurate tip control.
