Masazumi Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a Japanese sashimi knife designed for slicing fish thinly and beautifully. This single-beveled, high-carbon steel knife is in excellent condition, showing almost no signs of use.

It features the engraving "正澄作" (Masazumi).

A premium Yanagiba, this Masazumi blade delivers precision and sharpness for sushi and sashimi preparation.
