Sakai Kanemasa Kama-Usuba Knife

The Kama-Usuba is a variation of the Usuba knife, designed for katsuramuki (rotary peeling) and decorative cutting. This single-beveled knife is forged from high-carbon steel, sharp and well-maintained, with little patina. It is in excellent condition.

It features the engraving "堺金正作" (Sakai Kanemasa).

A refined traditional vegetable knife, this Kama-Usuba highlights precision craftsmanship from Sakai.
