Kitase Miokoshi Knife

The Miokoshi is a hybrid Japanese knife that combines the features of a Deba and Yanagiba, making it ideal for filleting fish. This single-beveled, high-carbon steel blade offers sharpness and control. It has been carefully used and remains in strong working condition.

It features the engraving "北瀬" (Kitase) and "極上" (Gokujo).

A versatile tool for fish preparation, this Kitase Miokoshi blends strength with precision.
