Double-bevel hagane construction for balanced sharpness and toughness.

205mm blade—easy to handle at home yet capable for professional prep. Professionally sharpened; ready to use. Please open carefully. Sharpening fee included.

Engravings: “登録商標” (Registered Trademark), “安来鋼本打焼” (Yasuki Steel Hon-uchi Yaki), and “堺一文字光秀” (Sakai Ichimonji Mitsuhide).
