Thin, nimble Santoku with hon-warikomi construction for keen edge and easy care. Very good overall condition.
Sharpened and ready; handle with care. Sharpening included.
Markings: "堺屋合秀作" (Sakaiya Haruhide-saku) and "本割込" (Hon-Warikomi).
Thin stock glides through onions and herbs, reducing wedging and bruising.
