Kikusue Petty Knife 140mm

This is a petty knife by Kikusue. It is an almost unused stored item, featuring a beautifully finished Damascus pattern with a hammered texture. The 17-layer Damascus steel and hammered surface not only look elegant but also help food release smoothly from the blade. The mahogany handle has a calm tone and is designed to fit comfortably in the hand.

This knife has a double-bevel stainless steel blade, making it highly resistant to rust and easy to maintain.

The knife has been sharpened and is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please take care when opening the package. The listed price already includes the sharpening service.

It features the engravings “登録” (Registered) and “菊季” (Kikusue). The combination of 17-layer Damascus, hammered finish, and mahogany handle gives this petty knife a refined presence that works equally well in a home kitchen or at a stylish serving station.

Its compact size makes it ideal for precise fruit work, small vegetables, and garnish preparation, while the stainless construction keeps maintenance simple for everyday use.
