This knife is single-edged and made from high-carbon steel, offering superior sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "菊知春別作" (Kikutomoharu Bessaku), and the handle has a "堺刃物" (Sakai Cutlery) label.
