Sakai Suketomo Santoku Knife
The Santoku is a versatile all-purpose knife that is easy to use at home and works well with many different ingredients.
This knife is double-beveled and has a warikomi construction. It is in very clean condition and shows little sign of use. With a special steel core, it offers good sharpness while also being relatively rust-resistant.
It has been sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.
It features engravings “堺助友” (Sakai Suketomo), “特殊鋼本割込” (Special Steel Warikomi), and “鍛錬” (Forged/Trained).
Clean condition plus a special-steel core makes this a nice option if you want a crisp edge feel without the heavier maintenance of fully carbon steel.
Length: 300mm

Blade Width: 46mm
Blade Thickness: 2mm
