Aritsugu Tako-Hiki Knife

The Tako-Hiki is a Kanto-style sashimi knife designed for slicing sashimi in smooth, thin cuts. This single-beveled hagane blade has been well maintained, with the tip slightly narrowed from sharpening. It remains in strong working condition.

It features engravings "特製" (Specially Made) and "有次" (Aritsugu).

A professional sashimi knife, this Aritsugu Tako-Hiki is trusted in sushi kitchens for its balance and precision.
