Sakon Santoku Knife

The Santoku is an all-purpose Japanese knife suitable for slicing meat, fish, and vegetables. This double-edged knife is made with laminated steel, featuring a high-carbon core for excellent sharpness. There are some natural dark spots on the hagane portion from storage, but they will fade with use and sharpening. The knife shows very little signs of use.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "左近作" (Sakon).

A practical and reliable santoku, this knife blends Japanese tradition with modern usability, making it a versatile tool for everyday cooking.
