The Gyuto is a versatile Western-style knife suitable for slicing meat and vegetables. The Tojiro-Pro markings are faint, but still identifiable, confirming its authenticity. It features an all-stainless composite structure for excellent hygiene and performance.

This double-edged knife is made from stainless steel, offering durability and easy care.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "Tojiro Pro," although the marking is very faint in photos.
