Izutsuki Kiya Wa-Santoku Knife

The Santoku is an all-purpose knife for meat, fish, and vegetables. This wa-handled, black-forged piece combines classic looks with practical performance. Double-bevel hagane construction provides crisp sharpness.

Sharpened and ready to use; exercise caution when unpacking. Sharpening included.

Markings include "イヅツキ木屋" (Izutsuki Kiya) and "安来鋼青紙" (Yasugi Aogami / Blue Paper Steel).

Wa-handle balance and thin grind make this a nimble daily driver for compact boards and quick prep.
