Hisamaru Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a long, single-bevel knife ideal for slicing sashimi cleanly. This item has been carefully used and maintained. The handle also shows a burn mark with the character "芝" (Shiba) inside a circle.

This is a single-bevel knife made from high-carbon steel, known for its razor-sharp edge.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "久丸極上" (Hisamaru Gokujo) and a branded handle.
