Ichida Hiromi Gyuto Knife

A gyuto is a highly versatile Western-style chef’s knife that works well for meat while also handling vegetables and fish with ease. The dimpled (granton) style helps reduce food sticking to the blade.

This knife is double-beveled and made of stainless steel, so it is rust-resistant and easy to maintain. It is in very clean condition with little sign of use.

It has been sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.

It features the name “市田ひろみ” (Ichida Hiromi) and a mark.

A dimpled gyuto is especially handy for wet or starchy foods, helping slices release more smoothly so prep stays fast and comfortable.
