Toki Santoku Knife

The santoku is a versatile all-purpose knife for many ingredients, and a thinner style is especially appealing for its light, easy handling.

This knife is double-beveled and made of stainless steel, so it is rust-resistant and easy to maintain. It is an unused or nearly unused stored item with virtually no signs of use. Slim and lightweight, it looks very maneuverable.

It has been sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.

It features markings “特殊鋼” (Special Steel) and “朱鷺” (Toki).

If you like a nimble knife that won’t feel tiring on longer prep sessions, a thin, light santoku like this is an easy favorite.
