Izutsuki Kiya Nakiri Knife

The Nakiri is a vegetable knife with a straight edge ideal for greens and root vegetables. This is a high-grade model from the Izutsuki Kiya line, showing little use and in excellent condition. Made from double-edged high-carbon steel, it is razor-sharp.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the logo "イヅツキ木屋" (Izutsuki Kiya), "木屋" (Kiya), and "安来鋼青紙" (Yasuki Aogami Steel).
