Izutsuki Kiya Deba Knife

The Deba is a traditional Japanese knife designed for filleting fish, featuring a thick, durable blade. This knife shows a crack in the water buffalo handle. While it is still usable, replacing the handle is also an option and relatively simple for traditional Japanese knives. The price reflects this issue, making it a great deal. The blade itself is in excellent condition and appears to have been barely used.

This is a single-bevel knife made from high-carbon steel, offering exceptional sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the logo and engravings of "イヅツキ木屋" (Izutsuki Kiya).

Perfect for professionals or enthusiasts looking for a quality Deba knife with a pristine blade at an accessible price.
