The Santoku is a multi-purpose Japanese kitchen knife ideal for slicing meat, fish, and vegetables. It’s widely used in households.
This double-beveled stainless steel knife is rust-resistant and easy to maintain.
It has been professionally sharpened and is nearly unused, in very clean condition. Please excuse any minor blemishes due to storage.
It features the engravings "関孫六" (Seki Magoroku) and "わかたけ" (Wakatake).
