Tomotsuru Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a long, single-beveled knife used to make elegant sashimi cuts without damaging the fish's structure.

This knife is made from high-carbon steel and has been well-maintained by skilled hands.

The character "友" (Tomo) in the brand engraving is slightly worn, but the blade remains in excellent working condition.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "友鶴作" (Tomotsuru).

This Tomotsuru Yanagiba reflects craftsmanship and endurance—an ideal tool for precise sashimi slicing.
