Minamoto Hiroaki Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a traditional sashimi knife designed to slice fish cleanly in a single stroke, preserving the texture and appearance of sashimi.

This knife is single-beveled and made from high-carbon steel, providing exceptional sharpness.

It is in excellent condition with minimal signs of use. There are some shallow insect marks on the buffalo horn handle, but the blade remains in top shape.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "源宏明" (Minamoto Hiroaki).
