Sakai Kichi Suika (Watermelon) Knife

An oversized Japanese vegetable knife designed to split large produce—such as whole watermelons—in a single stroke. Double-bevel profile for easy handling.

Hagane high-carbon steel, double bevel, offering confident cutting power.

Exceptionally large blade suited to big fruit and gourds. Professionally sharpened; ready to use on arrival. Exercise care when unpacking. Sharpening fee included.

Engraved “堺吉” (Sakai Kichi); the handle bears a branded mark.

A rare, traditional-pattern slicer—perfect for events or prep requiring extra-long reach.
