Kiyohiro Aji-Kiri (Small Deba) Knife
The small Deba is designed for processing small fish and is widely known as an “Aji-kiri.” Single-bevel geometry supports delicate, accurate work.
Hagane high-carbon steel, single bevel, for controlled, incisive cuts.
Stout, thick-spined small Deba that makes prepping small fish easy. Professionally sharpened; ready to use out of the box. Handle carefully on unpacking. Sharpening fee included.
Engraved “清広作” (Made by Kiyohiro); the handle is fire-branded “登録堺清廣別打” (Registered / Sakai Kiyohiro Special Forging).
Great for prepping fish for sushi at home, from gutting to portioning before sashimi slicing.
