Hiromoto Petty Knife

The Petty knife is a versatile, small knife perfect for peeling, trimming, and decorative cuts. Made from double-edged stainless steel, it is rust-resistant and easy to maintain. This is an unused stored piece, with minor storage or honing marks. A rare, discontinued Hiromoto knife.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "宏元作" (Hiromoto) and retains its original label on the handle.
Its rarity and pristine condition make it an exceptional choice for collectors and chefs alike.
