Ito Japanese Santoku Knife

The Wa-Santoku is a traditional-style all-purpose knife similar in shape to the Bunka, used for meat, fish, and vegetables. This pear-skin finish knife shows minimal signs of use and retains its original handle sticker.

This double-edged knife is made from laminated steel, offering a good balance of sharpness and durability.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "三" (San) and "伊藤" (Ito).

A beautifully crafted Wa-Santoku for those who appreciate a traditional touch in modern kitchens.
