The Wa-Gyuto is a Japanese chef’s knife that blends the shape of a Western gyuto with traditional Japanese construction. It’s a well-rounded tool for daily kitchen use.

This knife is double-edged and made from high-carbon steel, providing impressive sharpness.

It has a clean black-forged finish that gives it a rustic and handcrafted look.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "日の丸" (Hinomaru) and "特製" (Special Make). The handle bears a branded Hinomaru logo.
