Sugimoto Tako-Hiki Knife

The Tako-Hiki is a traditional Kanto-style sashimi knife, used for preparing sushi and sashimi with long, smooth pulls. This single-beveled knife is made from high-carbon Aogami (Blue Steel), known for its outstanding edge retention. It is unused or nearly unused, stored in excellent condition, with a buffalo horn handle sticker still intact. Please note that the box may have some damage.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "杉本" (Sugimoto) and "青紙鋼" (Aogami Steel).

A top-quality sushi and sashimi knife, this Sugimoto Tako-Hiki embodies Japanese culinary tradition, perfect for sushi chefs seeking precision.
