The Yanagiba is a Japanese sashimi knife known for its long, narrow blade that slices fish cleanly without damaging the flesh.

This single-beveled knife is crafted from high-carbon steel, providing razor-sharp performance.

It is in excellent condition, appearing to have been stored with little to no use.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "下総" (Shimousa) and "杉本" (Sugimoto).
