Echigo Tamasaburo Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese knife used for slicing sashimi with precision. This high-carbon steel knife has some patina from age but retains a clear, silver edge. Its long, narrow blade ensures clean cuts that preserve the integrity of delicate fish.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "越後玉三郎" (Echigo Tamasaburo).
