Kagemitsu Aji-Kiri Knife
The Aji-Kiri is a small Deba knife designed for preparing small fish such as horse mackerel (aji). This high-carbon steel knife shows minimal signs of use and remains in excellent condition. Its compact blade and sharp edge provide excellent control for precision fish preparation.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engraving "景光" (Kagemitsu).
