The Usuba is a traditional Japanese vegetable knife perfect for katsuramuki and decorative cuts. This clean and lightly used knife from Masamoto retains its sharp edge and elegant profile. Its sharpness and balance make it ideal for chefs seeking precision in vegetable prep.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered) and "正本" (Masamoto), with the brand also engraved on the handle end.
