Echizen Kiyotsugu Yanagiba Knife
The Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese knife used for slicing sashimi in a single, clean motion. This 215mm high-carbon steel blade is an unused stored item, with some patina and sharpening marks from maintenance. Its moderate length provides excellent control for precise sashimi cuts at home.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engraving "越前清次" (Echizen Kiyotsugu), with a cleanly preserved seal on the handle and comes with its original box.
